ListHygiene.com provides automated email validation and hygiene services to help ecommerce brands and marketers manage and clean their email lists.
- You must not use our service to process lists acquired without user consent or through illicit means.
- You are responsible for securing access to your account credentials.
- You represent that you have permission to process the email lists you submit.
- Billing occurs bi-weekly based on subscription level or per-email pricing.
- All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole iscretion in cases of service failure or error.
- You retain full ownership of your email lists.
- We do not resell, share, or use submitted lists beyond processing them for hygiene purposes.
- We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve our services.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or downtime may occur without prior notice.
ListHygiene.com is not liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or data from invalid or misclassified emails.
- Errors due to third-party ESP systems.
- Use of our service that violates applicable laws or terms of your email service provider.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse, breach of terms, or unlawful activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
